Prideland Student Accommodation operates on a transparent and student-first refund policy. We understand that unexpected changes can occur, and we aim to handle all refund requests timeously, fairly, and with integrity.
Application and booking fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative processing and reservation of accommodation space.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the same payment method used (e.g., mobile money, card, or bank transfer). The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or mobile money provider.
If a duplicate payment or error occurs, a full refund will be processed upon verification. Please notify us immediately via email with proof of transaction.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to restrict future access to our services. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and quickly.
